Purchase Terms
The terms that apply when you reserve a CaliPod.

Deposit
- A 50% deposit is required to secure an order.
- The deposit is refundable before production begins.
- Once production begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Production
- Production begins after the deposit has been received and the customer's final configuration has been approved.
Final Balance
- The remaining 50% balance is due prior to delivery.
- The final balance is invoiced separately through PayPal. It is not charged automatically.
Estimated Delivery
- Estimated delivery is 8–12 weeks from deposit and final configuration approval.
- Delivery timing is an estimate and may vary due to production, shipping, customs clearance and site conditions.
Delivery & Installation
- Delivery and professional installation are included in the starting price.
- Site access and required installation conditions must be suitable.
- Additional work outside the standard delivery and professional installation scope must be approved separately.
Returns
- Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
